Terms of Service

Stoke is operated by Walle Technologies LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Walle Technologies LLC about using Stoke. By connecting Stoke to an AI assistant, creating a Stoke account, or using Stoke, you agree to them.
What Stoke is
Stoke keeps your training record and gives an AI assistant you choose, such as Claude, the tools to plan and adjust your training with you. The assistant writes the plan and talks with you; Stoke stores what it writes and does the arithmetic. Stoke doesn't control what the assistant says, and the assistant's provider has its own terms, which you also follow when you use it. Stoke isn't made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic or any other assistant's provider.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16, and old enough to use the assistant you connect Stoke to.
Your account
You can sign up with an email address and a password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you're responsible for what's done with your account, including by an assistant you've connected.
Price
Stoke is free to use for now. If Stoke starts charging, it will email you before you're asked to pay, and you won't be charged without agreeing to it.
Your health
Stoke is not medical advice, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Plans are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Training carries a risk of injury: you decide what you do, you're responsible for doing it safely, and you should stop if something hurts. Talk to a doctor before starting a training program, and whenever you're injured or unsure whether you should train.
Using Stoke
Use Stoke only for your own training. Don't try to reach anyone else's data, interfere with the service or overload it, or use it to break the law.
Your data and your feedback
Your training record is yours. The Privacy Policy says what Stoke collects, who it's shared with, how long it's kept, and how to delete it. If you send Stoke feedback, Stoke may use it to improve Stoke without owing you anything for it.
The service
Stoke is new and changes often. Walle Technologies LLC may change Stoke or stop offering it; if it stops, you'll be told first and can ask for a copy of your data. Stoke is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Walle Technologies LLC isn't liable for any injury, loss, or damage that comes from using Stoke or following a plan made with it, and its total liability to you for anything else is limited to what you paid for Stoke in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Stoke at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. Stoke can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Before a material change takes effect, Stoke emails you about it.
General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Walle Technologies LLC about Stoke. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law, and any dispute about them is resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. This doesn't take away any protection the law where you live gives you and doesn't allow to be waived.
