Privacy Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This policy covers Stoke: the server AI assistants such as Claude connect to at mcp.stokefit.com, its sign-in service at auth.stokefit.com, and this website. It says what Stoke collects, why, who it's shared with, how long it's kept, and how to delete it. Stoke is operated by Walle Technologies LLC, which is responsible for this data. Questions go to support@walletechnologies.com.
What Stoke collects
Your account
If you sign up with an email address and a password, Stoke keeps your email address and your password in hashed form only. If you sign in with Google or Apple instead, Stoke receives your name and email address from them, and Apple may give a private relay address in place of your own. For Sign in with Apple, Stoke also keeps the token Apple issues at sign-in, so that it can ask Apple to revoke its access when your account is deleted. Stoke identifies your account by an ID it assigns at sign-up, and everything below is tied to that ID, not to your name or email address.
Stoke's sign-in service records the IP address and time of each active sign-in for as long as it lasts, and records the IP address of failed sign-in attempts to guard against password guessing.
Your training record
Everything Stoke keeps about your training comes from what your assistant writes through Stoke's tools and what you log in Stoke's own views, with the time of each:
- your goal, in your words, including any race or deadline you mention;
- the days you can't train, or might not;
- each week's targets: sets per muscle group, and easy and hard running minutes;
- your sessions: the day, the name, and the plan, with each exercise's sets, reps, effort, and estimated load, and when you started and finished;
- the sets you log, with the exercise, reps, load, and effort, and the runs you log, with distance, time, and effort zone.
The change log
Every change to a session is recorded: when it happened, what kind of change it was, the reason your assistant gave, the words of yours that prompted it when your assistant passes them on, and the session as it was before. A session you delete stays in the change log, so the record of what was planned and what changed stays whole.
Feedback
When your assistant tells Stoke something went wrong, Stoke keeps a summary, your words as you said them, and the name and error of the tool call that failed, if one did. Your assistant is told to send feedback only when you ask, or when it offers and you agree.
Diagnostics
To find and fix problems, Stoke's servers record traces of each request: which tool was called, how long it took, whether it failed, and the database queries it ran. The queries carry your account ID but not the values passed to them. When a request fails, its trace also records the error, which can include what the request tried to write. Server logs record each request's outcome, and when a tool call is rejected as malformed, the log can include what the call contained.
What Stoke doesn't receive
Stoke doesn't receive your conversation with your assistant, only what your assistant sends to Stoke's tools, as described above. Some of that is in your own words: your goal, and the words passed with a change or with feedback. So if you mention an injury there, Stoke keeps it with the rest of your record. Stoke doesn't ask for your body weight, heart rate, health records, location, or contacts, and doesn't connect to any other fitness app or device. It contains no advertising, runs no analytics scripts or third-party analytics, doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites, and doesn't sell your data.
How Stoke uses it
- To run the service: keeping your record, and giving your assistant the totals and history it plans from.
- To email you, only to verify your email address, to reset your password, and to tell you about changes to Stoke's price, its terms, or this policy. That mail comes from hello@stokefit.com, and Stoke sends no marketing email.
- To read your feedback and fix what it reports.
- To find and fix problems with the service.
- To learn whether Stoke works: the people who operate Stoke read training records to measure, for example, how many people are still training and getting stronger after four weeks.
AI assistants
An assistant gets nothing until you connect it: you add Stoke to the assistant, sign in to Stoke, and approve its access on Stoke's consent screen. A connected assistant can then read and change your training record, and receives whatever its requests return. What you say to the assistant, and what Stoke returns to it, is handled by the assistant's provider under its own privacy policy, not this one.
Who Stoke shares it with
Stoke shares your data only with the services that run Stoke:
- Amazon Web Services hosts Stoke's servers and database, sends its email through Amazon SES, stores its diagnostics in AWS X-Ray and Amazon CloudWatch, and serves this website. Your data is stored in the United States.
- Google and Apple, only if you sign in with them, and only what signing in needs. Stoke's sign-in page also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- An email service stores mail you send to support@walletechnologies.com, outside Stoke's own systems.
Beyond these, Stoke shares your data only with an assistant you connect, and discloses it otherwise only when the law requires it.
How long it's kept, and deleting it
Stoke keeps your data while your account exists. To delete your account, email support@walletechnologies.com, or ask your assistant to send Stoke feedback asking for it. A request by email is confirmed with a reply to the address on your account before anything is deleted. Within 30 days of the request, Stoke deletes your sign-in, your training record, your change log, and your feedback, and tells you it's done.
If you used Sign in with Apple, deleting your sign-in also asks Apple to revoke Stoke's access to your Apple ID. If that fails, your account is deleted anyway, and you can remove Stoke yourself under Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings.
Backups and logs
Database backups are kept for 3 days, so data you delete is gone from them within 4 days. Server logs are kept for 1 day, the database's error logs for 3 days, and diagnostic traces for 30 days.
Your choices
- You can change your goal, your available days, and your plan at any time by asking your assistant.
- To disconnect an assistant, remove Stoke from its connectors. To revoke its access from Stoke's side, sign in to your Stoke account page and remove its access under Applications. Either way, it stops receiving your data within an hour.
- To stop signing in with Google or Apple, remove Stoke from your Google Account's third-party connections or under Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings. That ends their part in your sign-in but doesn't delete your Stoke data.
- To ask for a copy of the data Stoke holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email support@walletechnologies.com.
Age
Stoke is not meant for anyone under 16, and doesn't knowingly keep data about them.
This website
stokefit.com has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and serves its own fonts. It's served by Amazon CloudFront, which logs each request with the IP address, the page, the page that linked to it, and the browser. Those logs are deleted within 30 days and are used only to count visits and where they came from. Because the site doesn't track you, it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Before a material change takes effect, Stoke emails you about it.
